1) Digital Print and Mail Operator

Responsibilities:

·       Operate high-volume production digital presses from Fuji Xerox and HP

·       Operate auto mail inserters from NeoPost

·       Manipulate data with Excel Macros

·       Execute digital print prepress using Acrobat Pro and InDesign CC and Plug-Ins

·    Training will be provided

2) Production Manager

Responsibilities:

·       Manage and control production resource

·       Ensure job scheduling are performed to meet delivery deadline

·       Minimize material wastage and maximize facilities and utilization rates

·       Liaise with suppliers of outwork on appropriate quality and delivery schedule

·       Liaise with Sales team

·       Manage employee relations to minimize industrial dispute through effective communication and consultation

·       Identify and develop training program for employees

·       Provide production statistics as required

·       Ensure full implementation and effectiveness of Quality and EHS Management System

·       Assist Safety Co-ordinator in implementation and control of compliance to Quality Procedures and EHS.

Requirements:

·       At least a diploma in any discipline however non-diploma holders with relevant experience in offset printing establishments will be considered

·       Able to work in fast paced environment

·       Excellent planning capabilities

·       Good interaction and communication skills

·       Singaporeans/Malaysians preferred

·       Good remuneration package will be offered to suitable applicant.

3) Production Executive

Responsibilities:

·       Material and production scheduling

·       Liaise with various production sections to ensure smooth production flow

·       Report production status on shop floor

·       Documentation and filing within department

Requirements:

·       Diploma in any discipline however preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in production planning

·       Fresh graduates with suitable qualifications may apply

·       Proficient in English and knowledge of Mandarin is preferred

·       Initiative and possess positive working attitude

·       Good communication and liaison skills

·       Able to work in fast paced environment

Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience
5-day work week, transport provided at Bedok MRT
